Bitter Cold Closes Cleveland Schools Tuesday

Cleveland Schools CEO Eric Gordon announced the closure around 6 a.m., blaming “sustained wind chills of -20.”

Just minutes before Cleveland’s closure, there were only 18 iAlerts listed — most of which were schools opting for a two-hour delay.
