Cleveland Cavaliers To Receive Rings On October 25

The Cleveland Cavaliers will receive their NBA championship rings on opening night, Oct. 25, and raise the city’s first championship banner in 52 years against the New York Knicks, the Akron Beacon Journal reported on Thursday.

ABJ said the Cavs will face the Knicks at home to start the season, similar to when LeBron James came back to Cleveland two years ago.

The Cavs will go against the Golden State Warriors on Christmas Day, also at home.
